These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the joliok platform, including all games, services, promotions, and payment features available at joliok.net. Please read this document carefully before registering or using our services.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and use joliok. Providing false age information results in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Each player may hold only one joliok account. Duplicate accounts used to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions are prohibited and will be closed.
All joliok bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement is completed per bonus terms.

By accessing the joliok Platform, creating a joliok Account, or using any service provided by joliok, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all policies, rules, and guidelines incorporated herein by reference, such as the joliok Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the joliok Platform and close your Account if one has been created.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and joliok with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, negotiations, or agreements whether written or oral.
To be eligible to register for and use a joliok Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
joliok reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close an Account pending such verification. Any winnings accrued by a Player subsequently found to be under 21 years of age shall be forfeited in full. joliok shall not be liable for any losses suffered by underage players or their guardians as a consequence of underage access.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to use device-level parental control software to prevent minors from accessing the joliok Platform.
To access real-money gaming features on the joliok Platform, you must register and maintain a single joliok Account. Registration is free of charge.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You must maintain the accuracy of this information and promptly update it if any changes occur.
Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one joliok Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. Multiple Accounts used to circumvent restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or engage in fraudulent activity will be closed and all associated balances forfeited without prior notice.
All joliok Accounts must be verified via a one-time PIN (OTP) sent to a valid Philippine mobile number. The mobile number associated with your Account must remain active and accessible throughout the duration of your membership, as it is used for security verification, account recovery, and regulatory compliance purposes.
joliok is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification requires the submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, or voter's ID) and a clear selfie photograph. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your joliok Account login credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
joliok will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. Any such request purportedly from joliok should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to joliok's support team.
You must notify joliok immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. joliok shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, provided that joliok has taken reasonable security measures on its platform.
joliok implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions. Accounts are protected by two-factor authentication via OTP for logins from new or unrecognised devices. Repeated failed login attempts will trigger a temporary account lock as a fraud prevention measure.
joliok accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at joliok's discretion with reasonable notice.
All transactions on the joliok Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). joliok does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the Player.
Players may request withdrawals of Real Money Funds from their joliok Wallet at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.
If a Player has active Bonus Funds with an incomplete wagering requirement in their Account at the time of a withdrawal request, joliok reserves the right to either: (a) forfeit the outstanding Bonus Funds and process the withdrawal of Real Money Funds only; or (b) decline the withdrawal request until the wagering requirement is completed. The applicable treatment will be communicated to the Player at the time of the withdrawal request.
joliok reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or pending regulatory investigation. In such cases, joliok will notify the Player and provide an opportunity to respond where legally permissible.
joliok offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and VIP programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the joliok Promotions page and the general conditions set out herein.
New joliok Players who successfully register and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for the current welcome bonus offer. The welcome bonus is available once per Player, per household, per verified identity, and per payment method. Detailed terms including percentage, maximum bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, and eligible games are published on the joliok Promotions page and may be updated at any time.
All games available on the joliok Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules take precedence for that game.
All joliok casino games (including slots, table games, virtual sports, and bingo) that use a Random Number Generator (RNG) employ independently certified RNG software. The RNG is regularly audited by third-party testing agencies to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. joliok does not manipulate game results and cannot influence individual game outcomes.
Live dealer games are conducted in real time by professional dealers in certified studio environments. All live dealer game feeds and results are captured and archived. Dispute resolution for live dealer games will reference these archived recordings as definitive evidence of game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game in progress — including but not limited to server interruptions, software errors, or connectivity failures — joliok reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the corresponding stake to the Player's Wallet. Winnings from a game round affected by a verified malfunction shall not be paid. joliok's determination of whether a malfunction has occurred is final and binding.
joliok is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of Player-side connectivity failures, including mobile data drops, WiFi interruptions, or device failures. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection during game sessions.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the joliok Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
joliok is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling stops being fun, joliok provides tools to help Players maintain control.
Players may request a self-exclusion from the joliok Platform for a minimum period of 3 months up to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion can be activated immediately through the Account settings. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account is suspended and marketing communications are ceased. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the chosen period.
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly within their joliok Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
Players may configure session time reminders that alert them after a specified duration of continuous play. joliok recommends enabling session reminders as a proactive tool for maintaining awareness of time spent gaming.
joliok displays session duration information within the Account interface. Players are encouraged to monitor their gaming time and take regular breaks.
joliok strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. Account holders are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access the joliok Platform using their devices or credentials. Parents and guardians should employ appropriate parental control measures on shared devices.

joliok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
In the event of Account closure due to Player breach of these Terms, joliok reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Wallet balance after deducting applicable losses, bonus funds, and administrative charges associated with the breach investigation. Where no breach is established, Real Money Funds remaining in the Wallet will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method following any applicable regulatory hold period.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their joliok Account may do so by contacting customer support. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to standard verification requirements.
All content on the joliok Platform — including but not limited to the joliok name, logo, brand identity, website design, game software, graphics, audio, video, text, and data compilations — is the property of joliok or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.
No part of the joliok Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, translated, reverse-engineered, published, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of joliok. Any unauthorised use of joliok's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the joliok Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, joliok, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
joliok's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to use of the joliok Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
joliok collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and joliok's Privacy Policy. By registering for a joliok Account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the joliok Privacy Policy.
joliok will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your information may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or these Terms. All data processing arrangements with third parties are governed by appropriate data processing agreements in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection law.
Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data held by joliok, subject to regulatory retention obligations. Data subject requests may be submitted to joliok's support team.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the joliok Platform shall first be submitted to joliok's customer support team for informal resolution. joliok will endeavour to resolve any complaint within 14 business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to mediation before a mutually agreed mediator. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
joliok reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, joliok will provide reasonable advance notice to Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or by posting a prominent notice on the joliok Platform.
The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at joliok.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the joliok Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the joliok Platform and may request Account closure through customer support prior to the effective date of the amendment.
